Active buildNew Jags
A working home for planning, partner coordination, and public LEAP Week information.
What it is
New Jags gives the planning team, campus and community partners, and the public three focused views of the same large transition program. The planning side tracks progress, budgets, outreach, maps, and the working details. Partners can review information, volunteer, leave notes, and ask questions. The public view stays read-only and simple.
Why it exists
LEAP Week involves a lot of people who need different levels of detail. I wanted one connected system without asking every person to work inside the same crowded screen.
What I’m learning
A useful system is often less about adding information and more about deciding who needs to see what, and when.
Jarvis · Personal AI build
Private buildThe Studio & HomeHub
A private front door to the Studio and HomeHub behind Jarvis, my personal AI system running on a Mac mini.
What it is
The hub connects browser access to the full Studio with a separate device-code route for tablets. It is part of the larger Jarvis system I’m building with Golgi, its chief-of-staff agent.
Why it exists
I wanted one place where the tools, projects, and household systems I use could feel connected without making every interaction feel technical.
What I’m learning
Useful AI needs boundaries, memory, and clear handoffs. It also needs to know when human judgment should stay in charge.

ProgramLEAP Week
An extended orientation program designed to help new students learn the campus, meet people, and build confidence before classes settle into a routine.
What happened
LEAP Week recorded more than 3,000 unique student check-ins and received the 2025 NODA Region VI Innovation in Transition Programs Award.
My part
I created the program and led the cross-campus work behind its schedule, partnerships, staffing, communications, and assessment.
What it connects
The program brings together orientation, mentorship, campus resources, and community partners as one transition experience.
Still building
More as the work develops.
I'll add a project when there's something useful to show or explain.
